Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

Concrete and paver surfaces hold years of dirt, mildew, oil, tire marks, and bird droppings. We use professional surface cleaners that strip them back to clean in an even pass — no zebra stripes from someone going freehand with a wand.

The Right Tool: A Surface Cleaner

A surface cleaner is a flat round head that drags two or three rotating high-pressure nozzles across the concrete. It cleans 18-24 inches at a time, evenly, in straight passes. The result is uniform — no streaks, no zebra stripes, no missed spots. It also cleans roughly four times faster than going freehand with a wand.

Without a surface cleaner, even an experienced operator leaves visible wand marks. We don't take that shortcut.

What We Clean

What We Treat

Paver Sand Re-Sanding

If we clean a paver driveway or patio, the joint sand between the pavers gets stripped out as part of the cleaning. We can re-sand with polymeric sand as a separate add-on once everything has dried — it locks the pavers, blocks weeds, and finishes the job properly. Without re-sanding, weeds come back fast.

How Often Should I Clean My Concrete?

Most Pickwick Lake driveways and patios benefit from a cleaning every 1-2 years. Shaded surfaces, pool decks (the chlorine pulls bleach-streaking from algae), and outdoor entertaining patios may want annual. South-facing, sun-exposed driveways can go 2-3 years.

How We Price Concrete Cleaning

By square footage. Oil-stained or rust-stained areas need pre-treatment chemistry and cost more. Paver re-sanding is separate. Written quote in advance. Here's how our quotes work.
