About Pickwick Pressure Washing
We're a Pickwick Lake-based soft washing and pressure washing operation. Locally owned, fully insured, and built around one simple idea: lake property is different from regular property, and it needs a crew that actually understands the difference.
What We Do
We soft-wash siding and roofs. We pressure-wash decks, driveways, patios, sidewalks, and commercial concrete. We clean docks, boat lifts, pontoon tubes, and fiberglass hulls. We do it on a one-off basis or on a scheduled-maintenance contract. We work residential lake homes, full-time residences, vacation rentals, and lakefront commercial properties.
How We Work
Every job starts with a free written quote. You tell us what you're working with — or send photos — and we put the price, scope, and timeline in writing before anything happens. No surprise fuel charges, no "while we're out here" upsells, no high-pressure sales.
For lake-home customers who aren't on-site for the work, we send before-and-after photos, work on a schedule that doesn't require you to be there, and bill by card on completion. That's how most second-home owners prefer it.
Lake Property Is a Specialty
Most pressure-washing operators run the same setup on every job — same pressure, same chemicals, same approach whether they're cleaning a parking lot or a million-dollar lake home. That works in commercial flatwork. It doesn't work on lake property.
Lake homes have unique demands: vinyl siding that warps if you blast it with high pressure, composite decks that the wrong cleaner ruins, docks that touch a lake (so chemistry choices matter), pontoon tubes that need acid wash done right or not at all, and roofs that grow algae in the lake humidity that pressure-blasting only masks for a few months.
We do soft washing properly. We use the right pressure for each surface. We use chemistry that's effective without being aggressive. And we don't dump bleach in the lake.
Absentee-Owner Friendly
Many of our customers live in Memphis, Nashville, Birmingham, Jackson MS, or further. We work with that. Schedule us by phone, text, or email. Point us at the gate code and the outdoor faucet. We send before-and-after photos. Payment by card on completion. The cleaning happens whether you're at the lake or not.
Where We Serve
Pickwick Lake and the surrounding Hardin County, TN communities: Counce, Pickwick Dam, Savannah, Crump, plus Saltillo, Olivehill, Walnut Grove. On the Mississippi side: Iuka and Burnsville. We sometimes cross into adjacent McNairy and Wayne counties for lake-related work.
